Hot Stone Therapy (90 minutes only starting at $115):
A JULA signature specialty. An ancient ritual from the Pacific islands, hot rock massage is an approach that enhances relaxation and balance within the body’s energy channels with deep, penetrating heat. Heated basalt lava stones are placed near important muscles and joints. Other stones are used to rub muscles during the massage. The combination of deep heat, the weight of the rock and the pressure of massage restores circulation, enhances muscle relaxation, increases flexibility, balances energy and chakras. Besides feeling wonderful, hot rock massage is a natural painkiller.
